I hereby accept all risks to my health, injury, or death that may result from this activity, and I release the Saudi Aviation Club, its board members, managers, employees, and representatives from any liability towards me, as well as personal representatives, relatives, assignment for any and all claims and causes of action for loss or damage to my property and for any illness or injury that may occur to me, including injury or death, that may arise from or occur during training flights, whether due to the negligence of the organization, board members, managers, employees, and representatives.
